Add a link to an SGML guide suggested by a user, and prune a couple links
that are apparently dead. Does not necessarly reflect the up-to-dateness
of anything else on the site… :-}

nsgmls and the error
messages have changed around. So far I've added the new error "an attribute value must be a literal
unless it contains only name characters" and fixed up the
description of "character `%' not
allowed in attribute specification list" to compensate; more fixes
to follow as I find them...
